What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us via live chat or email at hello@henrybed.com.au, and we will replace the item or provide a refund.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear from washing and regular use.
• Damage caused by rough dog use, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid/moisture damage.
• Damage from commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 2 - Provide details of the defect along with proof of purchase.

Step 3 - Include clear photos of the defect and the product or ID label.
