The HENRY project was born through passion and love for my dog, Henry. With 10 years on this planet, most of which are spent in bed, it’s only fair that he enjoys his time there.
Henry is also a professional bed wetter (you didn't hear it from me), so building a waterproof and antibacterial bed was a no-brainer.
Grey Who?
If you've come this far, it's safe to say you are enjoying the colour. When I launched HENRY, all I could find were grey and black dog beds that lacked personality and design.
I wanted to create something different, something that would complement your home decor rather than clash with it.

The creator of a range of stylish, orthopedic dog beds can’t keep hold of stock, with celebrities including Sophie Monk rushing to snap up the stylish pieces.
Sub Lieutenant Blaik, from Sydney, came up with the idea for the high-end luxurious dog bed range, Henry Bed, when he was working as a naval logistics officer.
“What truly distinguishes HENRY from other brands is the customisation; each bed is tailored to resonate with a customer’s home aesthetics with washable covers,” Blaik says.
But it was all worth it, because when he launched HENRY, it wasn’t long before the Sydney-based brand became a runaway success.

Start of a Journey
The HENRY project brought out a spark I could never put out. Through my love for my own dog and this growing community, I continue to innovate in their best interest. HENRY Bedding is just one of many exciting projects in development.
In 2024, it's rare to invent something new. We can, however, continue to develop the products that no longer suit the modern ecosystem of our lives.
