At HENRY, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns policy for your peace of mind.

60 Night Trial Program

We offer a 60-night trial period for all full-priced products purchased through the HENRY website. If you’re not satisfied within 60 nights from the purchase date, you can return your product for a full refund, even if it has been used. To give your pet adequate time to adjust, we recommend trying HENRY products for at least 30 days.

• All HENRY mattresses need to be bagged for return, so please keep the original plastic wrap.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, ensure that:

• The dog bed is in a donatable condition (undamaged).
• The return request is made within 60 days of the purchase date.
• You provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 - Contact our customer support team at hello@henrybed.com.au.

Step 2 - Our team will guide you through the return process.

Step 3 - Carefully package the dog bed to ensure it is protected during transit.

Step 4 - Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your dog bed for a different size or style, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the new dog bed as soon as possible.
